I maintained at group last night. Not too sure how I feel about it as I admit I hadnt eaten all that strictly but I had done my Race for Life and jogged it! So i was hoping that might have been a reason to lose some… But ANYWAY!
Had a lovely day today in London with my Mama and sister - went to Ping Pongs for lunch (dim sum) after a Weetabix brekki and am still stuffed now so will probably just have something small tonight. (and must get grapes tonight for my munch at the cinema.) I am really going to try to and watch everything I eat and make sure I cram loads of fruit in as am sure thats what does it most of the time.
So big shop after work tomo and a good healthy one so I wont spend my day off Friday picking the wrong foods. Meat, fish, fruit and veg!
