I then returned home and fell off the wagon - now Christmas has passed and I have an even stronger goal for losing weight&amp;#8230;. I&amp;#8217;M GETTING MARRIED!!! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I will be starting my new year inspired and ready to rock! My new blog will be posting my wedding inspirations and ideas but I will continue to keep writing here for my food and fitness thoughts and goals.&lt;/p&gt;

3 cups of muesli/oats
2 cups of apple juice

&lt;p&gt;3 cups of muesli/oats&lt;br/&gt;
2 cups of apple juice&lt;br/&gt;
1 granny smith&lt;br/&gt;
4 tbsp of fat free yogurt&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Mix muesli/oats into apple juice and leave in fridge over night.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. In morning mix in the yogurt an grated or finely chopped apple. (or any fruit that takes your fancy) nuts and cranberries are good too but would need to syn.

I wanted to see the damage to have a focus for this week but hey ho. I looked with my Mama for other groups where I could go just to weigh but none fitted in with my work schedule. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The next day I decided I needed to know so I took myself off to Boots to weigh and had put on 2lbs according to their scales. I was convinced it would be loads more - and still am actually so I have been ultra strict this week just in case its going to creep up on me next week. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I spent my day off cooking - lasagne, scotch eggs and sweet potato &amp;amp; onion soup - all SW receipies of corse! And then even prepped some veges to add to meals at convenience. I also did a shop and got lots of the good stuff. And went to the gym and sweated out. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So im definatly back in the zone and feeling the summer body push! Kept my syns at 3.5 yesterday and 2.5 today - off to gym in the morning and might even make some more soup! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I felt I was bored of the healthy food and trying so hard so I gave myself the week off. A full week. Had lots planned - went to Brighton with Daniel for a few days, caught up with friends and family and just enjoyed socialising and eating anything. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The result is I had a fab time but wont be weighing in until next week so I have this week to stop eating the bad stuff, get back on the good and make up for the weeks break I had. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I hadnt written any food down until today i decides to reflect on what I had eaten (and not beat myself up about it) but realised I hadnt had fruit or gone to the gym, and I havent eaten in for breakfast, lunch or dinner in 5 days!!! Chinese, Harvester, Frankie &amp;amp; Bennys, Nandos, McD breakfast, Bella Italia, Yates, Cafe, Candyfloss, Doughnuts and wine! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Now im craving fruit, water and my routine. So on way home today from Brighton and need to stop en route to eat something - but I want the good stuff now so am thinking Jacket Potato.&lt;/p&gt;

And I didnt buy bananas - despite my mad love for them - as I am eating too many and have wondered if that is a factor in my slow weight loss.&lt;/p&gt;

Not too sure how I feel about it as I admit I hadnt eaten all that strictly but I had done my Race for Life and jogged it! &lt;p&gt;Had a lovely day today in London with my Mama and sister - went to Ping Pongs for lunch (dim sum) after a Weetabix brekki and am still stuffed now so will probably just have something small tonight. (and must get grapes tonight for my munch at the cinema.) I am really going to try to and watch everything I eat and make sure I cram loads of fruit in as am sure thats what does it most of the time.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So big shop after work tomo and a good healthy one so I wont spend my day off Friday picking the wrong foods. Then I tried to be good and bought Nutella with the intention of improving my willpower but demolishe the pot with a spoon over 3 nights, and then on Tuesday (before weigh in) I ate 3 chicken sandwiches as REALLY didnt want my crackers and salad when I was working til 11 hour shift! So could have been worse! &lt;/p&gt;
